TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
The travel participant is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport prior to their scheduled trip. Exquisite Experiences Travel (EET) is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid paperwork of documentation. Travel participants should ensure that there are multiple consecutive blank visa pages within their passport and the passport is valid at least six (6) months beyond your intended return travel date. All names on personal documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D./passport and travel document information must match tickets.
PAYMENTS:
Trip prices are per person unless otherwise noted and are subject to change until a deposit is received. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Upon receipt of deposit, the guest(s) will receive a confirmation email. Payments can be remitted in full or by using our scheduled payment plan. If a payment plan is used, the guest(s) agrees to satisfy their balances by each due date stated in the selected payment schedule. If the travel participant is unable to adhere to the
payment schedule, please contact us at info@exqexptravel.com IMMEDIATELY for alternative payment schedules. All payments must be remitted no later than the deadline indicated in your travel plans. If a guest fails to submit payment on or before the specified payment due date, EET reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain one hundred percent (100%) of the funds paid. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless trip insurance is secured.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If guests need to cancel their trip, guests must send a cancellation notification via email. Your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice. If trip insurance was secured, you will be provided with details on how to obtain your travel credits.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy for trip cancellation and medical insurance through a travel insurance company. Please contact the travel insurance company for any questions about
what travel insurance does or does not cover. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or involuntary. If you decline insurance coverage, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.

Many destinations require that visas be obtained prior to travel for transit or entry into the country. The guest(s) is/are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa needed for the selected trip. Please contact us if assistance is required, and we will try to assist to the best of our abilities. EET will not be responsible for any entry issues or denials. We recommend that you check with the U.S. Department of State for the latest visa requirements for each country you plan to visit.

The guest(s) grants permission to EET and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of them during their trip for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. The travel participant hereby releases EET and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. EET will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.
